FAWNA BEWS has a Masters in Counselling and is an Accredited Partnership Broker. What really fires her up is the ‘how’ of getting along. She believes that on a planet of 7 billion people we have the capacity to solve the complex problems that keep us from all enjoying a full and happy life. With most of her career spent with traumatized people, she is capable and confident in navigating the choppy waters of relationship building, creating trust and using a full complement of tools and strategiesto gets projects done faster and with greater ease than expected.

MARY PICKERING is an Accredited Partnership Broker and PBA Practitioner-Trainer and Mentor. She has over 25 years’ experience in the environmental non-profit sector and is currently VP – Strategy and Partnerships for The Atmospheric Fund, building collaborations to support urban climate solutions in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.


KATHY GALE has a professional journey that is marked by a unique blend of academic excellence and practical non-profit and partnership expertise. With a PhD in Leadership, Learning, and Service, she brings a depth of knowledge and a creative approach to her role as an accredited Partnership Broker, serving not only as a mentor but also as an accredited Partnership Broker Trainer for the Partnership Brokers Association.
